Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can king crabmeat, tendons removed
    1 lb. sea scallops, cut in half
    1 lb. cleaned, cooked shrimp
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 pt. sour cream
    3 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 1/4 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 to 3/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Scald scallops; pour boiling water over them and let stand 10 minutes.
    Saute celery, onions and mushrooms in butter or margarine.
    Using 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons flour make gravy in pan. Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups water.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Place in large casserole dish.
    Cover with buttered bread crumbs and bake. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
