Fresh Peach Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    4 c. fresh peaches, sliced
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. butter
    2 tsp. water
    whipping cream
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients.
    Cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse corn meal.
    Set aside. Combine peaches, extract and water.
    Spoon into a greased 9-inch square dish.
    Sprinkle flour mixture over peaches, then sprinkle nutmeg on top.
