Green Beans With Cheese And Peppers - cooking recipe

1 bag (20-oz) frozen cut green beans
1/2 jar (3-oz) roasted red pepper strips, drained and slivered
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. blue cheese (3-oz), crumbled
1/2 c. Italian-style bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray a 2-quart oval casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine green beans, red pepper strips, salt and pepper in prepared dish.
Place cream cheese and milk in small saucepan; heat over low heat, stirring until melted.
Add blue cheese; stir only until combined.
Pour cheese mixture over green bean mixture and stir until green beans are coated.
Combine bread crumbs and margarine in small bowl; sprinkle evenly over casserole.
Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
