Veal Scallopini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. thinly sliced veal
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 tsp. beef extract
1 c. chicken stock
1/4 tsp. m.s.g.
pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. rosemary
2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced and browned in butter
1/4 to 1/2 c. Marsala wine
Preparation

Pound veal thoroughly on both sides; dredge in flour and brown in butter and olive oil.
Remove veal from pan.
Place in ovenproof dish and set in warm oven (250\u00b0).
