Snow Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
lemon flavoring (optional) *

Preparation

With electric mixer on medium speed, beat egg white with confectioners sugar and cream of tartar until mixture is thick and stiff peaks form when beater is slightly raised.
Use at once.
