Crustless Sausage-Apple Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 1/2 c. chopped apples
    1 c. half and alf
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp cheese
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Cook sausage until browned, stirring to crumble; drain well. Set aside.
    Combine apples, spices, cheese and sausage.
    Spoon into 9-inch deep dish pie plate.
    Combine eggs, half and half and biscuit mix.
    Mix well.
    Pour over apple mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until set.
