Glazed Apple Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large red cooking apples
    3 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    whipping cream (optional)
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Core apples; cut into 1/2-inch thick wedges.
    In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oleo, cook apples, brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and salt until apples are tender, about 5 to 10 minutes.
    Spoon apples and their syrup into 6 dessert bowls.
    If you like, serve with whipping cream.
