Turkey Almond Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced cooked turkey
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 oz. chopped pimento
    10 oz. cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. noodles
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    You can use leftover turkey or roast a 2 pound turkey roast; cut turkey into bite size pieces.
    Cook together butter, onion, celery and green pepper for 5 minutes.
    Stir in turkey, soy sauce, water, pimento and mushroom soup.
    Cook noodles and drain, stir sour cream into noodles and combine with the turkey mixture.
    Put in a 3-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle the almonds over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about an hour.
    Makes 8 generous servings.
