Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 (1/2-inch) pork chops
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and simmer 20 minutes.
Brown pork chops first and place in baking dish and pour sauce over them.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until chops are done.
