Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. macaroni
2 small potatoes, diced
1 small onion, sliced
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 can English peas
1 can tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. ketchup
Preparation

Place ground beef, salt and pepper to taste in bottom of casserole dish. Spread ketchup over this.
Spread macaroni over this, pepper, tomatoes, peas, potatoes, onion and salt and pepper on top. Cover with foil and cook at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
