Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ripe avocado
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/4 small onion, finely chopped
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped (optional)
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin (optional)
Preparation
    Mash peeled avocado in bowl with fork.
    Beat in sour cream until fluffy.
    Mix in onion, salt, lemon juice, garlic and cumin. Serve right away as dip or on nachos.
    Keep in airtight container in refrigerator to store.
