Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. potatoes
1 1/2 to 2 c. sifted flour
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
salt
bread crumbs browned
Preparation

Pare potatoes and cook until soft.
Mash until creamy.
Work out on board with flour, salt and eggs.
Drop by spoonfuls into salt water; bring to a boil and drain.
Place on large platter and pour bread crumbs over potatoes.
