Beer Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    3 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 c. beer or water
    1 jar thick pizza sauce
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives, drained
    1 green pepper, diced
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease jelly roll pan.
    Cook and stir sausage and onion in 10-inch skillet until brown; drain.
    Mix Bisquick and beer until thoroughly moistened.
    Spread batter in pan.
    Spread sauce carefully over batter.
    Top with sausage mixture and remaining ingredients.
    Bake until crust is golden brown, about 30 minutes.
    Makes 12 servings.
