Steve'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 large can milk
    1 large pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 pt. jar Marshmallow Creme
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine the first 3 ingredients.
    In a large mixing bowl, mix chocolate chips and Marshmallow Creme. Cook sugar mixture in pan until soft ball stage. (To
    tell when you have come to this stage, let a few drops fall
    from spoon into a 1-cup glass measure half filled with cold
    water.
    Drop will form soft balls, round in shape, when ready.)
    Remove pan from heat and pour syrup mixture over chips and Marshmallow Creme in bowl.
    Mix together gently, but thoroughly.
    (Nuts may be added at this time, if desired, 1 or 2 cups.)
    The fudge thickens quickly. Pour onto marble slab or pour into a foil-lined pan.
    Let cool.
