Zouppa Firenze(Soup Florence) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 garlic cloves, halved
    1 large can chicken broth
    1 shredded carrot
    3/4 pkg. frozen spinach (fresh, washed, cut up spinach even better)
    angel hair pasta
Preparation
    Cook first 3 ingredients for 1/2 hour, then add spinach and cook for 1/2 hour.
    For the last 10 minutes, add angel hair pasta cut in half.
    Shake grated Parmesan cheese over the bowl; add red hot pepper, if desired.
