Tonkatsu - Pork Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork slices
    salt and pepper
    flour
    2 eggs
    panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
    oil (for deep frying)
    cabbage
    Tonkatsu Sauce
Preparation
    Slice pork tenderloins into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
    Let stand for 10 minutes. Coat with flour. Dip in beaten eggs and dredge lightly in panko.
    Deep fry in hot oil until
    golden brown.
    Garnish with finely shredded cabbage.
    Serve with Tonkatsu Sauce.
