Puff Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    4 egg yolks
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Beat margarine, sugar and lemon peel in a large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
    Beat in egg yolks.
    Stir in milk, cereal, flour and lemon juice (mixture will look curdled).
    Gently stir in egg whites.
    Pour into greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Place dish in pan of hot water.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until top is golden brown and begins to pull away from sides of dish.
    Serve warm or cold.
