Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. lime juice
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dried whole oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 lb. flank or skirt steak
    8 to 12 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Combine first 10 ingredients in a shallow dish and stir well. Pound steak to 1/4-inch thickness, using a meat mallet.
    Add steak to marinade, turning to coat both sides.
    Cover dish and refrigerate 8 hours.
    Remove steak from marinade; drain well. Grill steak over medium coals 6 to 7 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
    Slice into thin slices.
