Kid'S Favorite Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    1 roll Ritz crackers, very finely crushed
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    black pepper to taste
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix cracker crumbs, cheese, salt, garlic and pepper; set aside.
    Cut chicken into small pieces (about 1 1/2 inches).
    Dip chicken in margarine, then into crumb mixture.
    Place on a baking sheet in a single layer.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done.
    Serve with Pineapple Dipping Sauce.
