Egg And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of paprika
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1/2 to 3/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Prepare a sauce of 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, flour, milk and seasoning. Melt remaining butter in casserole in oven. Add about 1/4 cup crumbs and set aside for top. Arrange in casserole in layers the remaining crumbs, eggs, cheese and sauce. Top with buttered crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 until sauce begins to bubble and top is brown. Serves 4 to 6.
