Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground sirloin beef
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium onion
1 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
8 oz. sour cream
1 garlic bud (optional)
Preparation

In heavy skillet, brown ground beef, garlic and onion; add salt and pepper.
Stir flour into ground beef until brown.
Mix cream of chicken soup with water and pour into ground beef.
Stir until mixture comes to boil.
Turn heat to low and simmer 30 minutes.
Add sour cream.
Serve over rice or noodles.
