Salmon Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon, flaked and drained
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 large pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except pecans and parsley.
    Mix well. Chill for 3 to 5 hours.
    Shape into log and roll in nuts and parsley.
    Chill and serve with crackers.
    Keep refrigerated.
