Oatmeal Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rolled oats
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
Preparation
    Partially prepare the night before.
    Combine buttermilk and oats.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    In the morning, mix together flours, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
    Set aside.
    In a large bowl, beat 2 eggs.
    Add butter; blend.
    Add oatmeal mixture.
    Blend in flour.
    Batter will be very thick so you might want to add a few tablespoons of buttermilk but no more than 4 tablespoons.
    Fry pancakes on electric griddle at 345\u00b0.
