Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 or 12 oz. noodles
    3 c. chopped meat or more
    4 Tbsp. fat
    1/2 c. flour
    1 qt. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 green pepper
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Chop meat.
    Cook noodles in 1 quart of water; drain.
    Mix fat, flour and milk together.
    Mix all ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 15.
    Can be frozen.
