Corned Beef And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. corned beef brisket
    4 to 6 potatoes
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 lb. fresh green beans
    1 lb. carrots, cut up
Preparation
    Place corned beef in a pot and cover with water.
    Bring to a boil, then turn down heat and simmer for 3 to 4 hours.
    The last hour of cooking, add cut up vegetables.
    Cook until tender.
