Pretzel Animals - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    salt to sprinkle
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix yeast, water, sugar and salt.
    Add flour a little at a time.
    Knead until smooth.
    Shape small amounts of dough into animal shapes.
    Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Brush with beaten egg.
    Sprinkle lightly with salt. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
