Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 pats butter or margarine
    salt and pepper as desired
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and place in greased 9 x 14-inch baking dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
