Scrambled Egg And Bacon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon, fried, drained well and crumbled
    1 doz. eggs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    pepper to taste
    2 c. milk
    1 c. cubed Velveeta or 1 c. Cheez Whiz
    3 slices bread
    4 tsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix butter, salt, flour and pepper well and cook over low heat.
    Add milk; stir well.
    Continue cooking over low heat.
    Add Velveeta or Cheez Whiz to the white sauce mixture; continue cooking over low heat, stirring until it thickens a bit.
    Combine with eggs and bacon.
    Stir gently, but well.
    Toast bread; dice and crumble.
    Toss with butter.
    Sprinkle buttered crumbs over egg mixture.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    (May be refrigerated overnight before baking.
    This is a good breakfast for overnight guests. Serve with muffins or such.)
