Crispy Buttermilk Chicken(Ultra Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. low-fat buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. Lawry's garlic salt
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    black pepper to taste
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    2 c. cornflakes, crushed
Preparation
    Mix together buttermilk, garlic salt, garlic and black pepper. Dip chicken breasts in mixture and roll in cornflakes.
    Bake on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
