Watermelon Preserves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cubed rind
6 c. sugar
2 pkg. Sure-Jell
2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
-
Peel all green off rind.
It is best if 1/4 to 1/2-inch of red fruit is still on rind.
Cut into small cubes.
Wash twice.
