Shrimp And Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    4 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. half and half
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt, pepper and paprika to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Melt 4 1/2 tablespoons margarine and stir in flour.
    When blended, add 3/4 cup milk and the cream gradually.
    Stir constantly until mixture is smooth and thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Arrange artichokes over the bottom of a buttered baking dish.
    Scatter the shrimp over the artichokes.
    Coat the mushrooms in remaining 2 tablespoons margarine for 6 minutes and spoon over shrimp and artichokes.
    Add sherry and Worcestershire sauce to cream sauce and pour over contents of baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
