Easy Tuna Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pkg. pie crust mix
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of asparagus soup
    1 (9 1/4 oz.) can tuna in water, drained
    1/2 (16 oz.) can whole potatoes, drained and cut into quarters
    1 small onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 c.)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Prepare pie crust mix as directed on package for one crust pie.
    Shape pastry into flattened square on lightly floured cloth-covered surface.
    Roll pastry into 8-inch square.
    Cut small slits in pastry.
    Mix remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inch.
    Cover with pastry.
    Bake about 35 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
    Yields 6 servings.
