Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (7 oz.) cans clams, minced
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 small onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. parsley
3 crushed garlic cloves
1 c. flavored bread crumbs
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 box crackers
Preparation

In a pot, mix clams (including juice), lemon juice, chopped onions, oregano, parsley, cloves and bread crumbs.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add Mozzarella cheese and pour mixture into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
