Swedish Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 pt. milk, boiled and cooled
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in small
    amount
    of
    warm water and add remaining ingredients.
    Set to
    rise.
    When
    ready,
    roll
    out inch thick.
    Cut with
    biscuit cutter.
    Put small piece butter on one side and fold in halves.
    Put in pan 1 inch apart.
    Let rise. Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
