Microwave Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. rice
    1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine milk, rice, sugar and salt.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook until rice is tender, about 25 minutes.
    Add the eggs and cook an additional 3 minutes.
    Add cream and vanilla.
