Pizza Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cauliflower, chopped very small
    1/2 c. broccoli, chopped very small
    1/2 c. celery, chopped very small
    1/2 c. carrots, chopped very small
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, chopped very small
    1/2 c. red sweet pepper, chopped very small
    1/2 c. radish, chopped very small
    1/2 c. green sweet pepper, chopped very small
    1/2 c. cucumber, chopped very small
    1/2 c. onion, chopped very small
    1 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    about 1/3 c. Ranch style dressing
Preparation
    Spread rolls very flat, pressing seams together on cookie sheet.
    Bake according to directions on container until brown; cool.
    Cream cream cheese with Ranch style dressing.
    Spread over dough.
    Add your cut vegetables and sprinkle over the cheese spread.
    Serve immediately.
