Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. wide noodles, cooked and drained
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. sauerkraut, well drained
    2 c. chopped corned beef
    2 medium tomatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
    2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    4 crispy rye crackers, crushed
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    Toss noodles with butter.
    Place noodles in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Layer sauerkraut, corned beef and tomatoes.
    Dot with salad dressing; sprinkle cheese and top with crumbs and caraway seed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, covered.
    Uncover and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
