Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 Ritz crackers
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Crush
    crackers.
    Beat egg whites very stiff.
    Mix well and fold
    in
    pecans.
    Put in 9-inch greased pan.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
    in a 350\u00b0 oven on top shelf.
    Let cool and top with whipped cream.
    Let stand in refrigerator 3 hours before serving. (Makes its own crust).
