Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1 can condensed sweetened milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In a saucepan, melt chips and milk.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla.
    Chill for 2 hours, until firm.
    Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in various coatings, i.e., sprinkles, cocoa or chopped nuts. Chill 1 or more hours.
    Store in airtight container.
