Apple Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pie crust dough
diced apples
margarine
cinnamon
syrup
2 c. sugar
2 c. water
Preparation

Roll dough into 6-inch circles.
Place diced apples in center. Add dot of butter and dash of cinnamon.
Pull edges together at top and pinch together.
Place in greased baking dish.
Make syrup of sugar and water by bringing to a boil. Pour over dumplings. Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown and apples are tender.
Good served with vanilla ice cream or Cool Whip.
