Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. rice (raw)
    1 qt. milk
    pinch of salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook the first 3 ingredients slowly in double boiler until tender. Beat together the remaining ingredients and add to cooked rice.
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
    Keeps well in refrigerator.
