Chicken With Apricot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
    graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
    13 oz. jar apricot jam
    16 oz. jar Russian dressing
    1 pkg. dry onion mix
Preparation
    Dip chicken in milk, then into graham cracker crumbs.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix jam, dressing and soup mix together and pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
