Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. tomato sauce
6 Tbsp. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 clove, crushed
1/8 tsp. salt and pepper
2 1/2 oz. salami, chopped (optional)
3 oz. Mozzarella, chopped
Preparation

In bowl, combine egg, tomato sauce, bread crumbs, parsley, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.
Add ground beef, mixing well. Place meat on foil.
Shape into 7 x 9-inch rectangle.
Sprinkle salami on top.
Sprinkle cheese over salami, leaving a narrow margin around edges.
Roll meat, jelly roll fashion, starting from 7-inch end, using foil to help you roll.
Press to seal edges. Place meat loaf, seam side down, in greased baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about an hour or until done.
