Mary'S Tortilla Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 whole chicken breasts
1 can chili con carne (no beans)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (7 oz.) can Ortega green chile salsa
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts or bake with skin side up.
Bone and cube breasts into a large 9 x 13-inch pan.
Layer with corn tortillas cut into 4 strips.
Combine next 6 ingredients and pour over chicken and tortilla strips.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, covered.
Then finish, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
