Chicken Breast With Long Grain And Wild Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
6 chicken breasts (boneless are best)
4 Tbsp. oleo
1 (6 oz.) box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Spray a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with Pam.
Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Melt the oleo in the casserole.
Place the chicken in dish and turn over in the oleo.
Sprinkle very lightly with salt. Cover with bell pepper, onion and celery.
Cover dish with lid or foil and bake for 45 minutes.
