Cheese On The Hoof - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 small jar dried beef, rinsed
    3 or 4 whole salad peppers or jalapeno peppers (if you like it hot)
    1 loaf Hawaiian bread
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, sour cream and Cheddar cheese.
    Chop beef and peppers.
    Add to cheese mixture.
    Pinch out middle of bread, leave sides and bottom. Cook cheese mixture at 325\u00b0 for about 45 minutes in casserole dish.
    Remove and place in bread bowl.
    Cook for additional 15 to 20 minutes or until bread starts browning. Serve with Fritos.
