Shirley'S "Sausage" Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sirloin or round beef
    1 Tbsp. sausage seasoning
    2 c. rice, cooked
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Add sausage and seasoning to ground beef.
    Brown in skillet; drain off the fat.
    Add celery, pepper, onion, rice and 1 cup water.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until almost dry in uncovered casserole dish.
