Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bacon, diced
2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. minced onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 (16.5 oz.) cans cream-style corn
Preparation

Fry bacon in skillet until lightly browned.
Remove and set aside.
Pour 1/4 cup of bacon drippings over bread crumbs; set aside.
Save 2 tablespoons of remaining drippings in pan; saute onion and green pepper until tender.
Stir in corn and bacon. Spoon into a 1-quart baking dish; sprinkle with crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly and heated through. Serves 6 to 8.
