Orange Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 orange
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Cream 1 cup sugar with 1 tablespoon butter and 2 tablespoons flour.
    Add juice and rind of one orange.
    Add 1 cup milk and 2 beaten egg yolks.
    Fold in beaten egg whites and bake slowly for 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Set small custard dishes in large pan of hot water to cool.
