Chocolate Neiman-Marcus Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 lb. box powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix together cake mix, 2 eggs, margarine and nuts.
    Spread in well-greased 12 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients and spread on top of cake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
